About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team at MD Group's Delhi Head Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibility Deliverables
1. Sales Support
- Coordinate with sales team for order processing
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
2. Order Management
- Process and track customer orders
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams
- Ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle order modifications and cancellations
3. Communication
- Liaise between customers and internal teams
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Manage email correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments
